Benefits: Forms a durable copper-ceramic seal. Ceramic microfibers, copper and heat combine to "weld" both large and small cracks in engine blocks, cylinder heads, head gaskets, radiators, freeze plugs and heater cores.
Features:
- Quickly and effectively seals leaks in all types of engines including; cast iron and aluminum engine blocks, suitable for all gasoline, diesel, hybrid and LPG engines in cars, light trucks, trucks, vans, SUVs and agricultural machinery
- Safe for all engines: cast iron, steel and aluminum
- Safe for all radiators: copper, brass, aluminum and plastic
- Permanently seals leaks in the engine block and heads
- Seals cooling system components such as water pumps and thermostats
- Seals leaks in radiator, heater core and freeze plugs
- Highly concentrated
- Compatible with all types of antifreeze.
How to use: LION Mega Seal mixes well with all types of antifreeze. There is no need to drain the cooling system before use. In extreme cases of severely neglected and dirty radiators: First drain and flush the radiator with Radiator Flushing Agent, fill with clean coolant and only then add Mega Sealant to seal cracks in radiators, engine blocks and heads.
Instructions: 1) Shake the product well until a homogeneous liquid is obtained. 2) If the system is dirty, first drain and flush the radiator with Radiator Flushing Agent, fill with clean coolant and only then proceed to the third point. 3) With the engine cooled down, pour the product directly into the radiator or the expansion tank of the cooling system. 4) After replacing the radiator cap or the expansion tank cap, start the engine. Turn the heater on hot and the fan on high. Let the engine idle for 10-15 minutes until the vehicle reaches operating temperature. 5) Finally, turn off the engine and let it cool down and check the coolant level, top up (fill) the radiator and leave LION Mega Seal in the cooling system for continued protection. Drive the vehicle as usual.
